Conference fees

The conference fee includes free use of the facilities of the Workshop premises, coffee breaks, lunch Monday through Saturday, a booklet of abstracts, a copy of the proceedings (with a 75% discount on the market price), and a social program involving a get-together party, a boat cruise in the Paraty bay, a banquet dinner with the award ceremony, and transportation from the city of Rio de Janeiro to Paraty and back to Rio. The conference fee does not include the accommodation. The participants must make the hotel reservations separately. Insurance is also not included.

Insurance

Neither travel insurance nor medical, accident or liability insurance is included in the registration fees. The QSCP participants should make sure that they are fully insured from their home institution.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before October 1, 2013. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
