Abstract Submission and deadline:

The International Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts and choose the presentations.

Deadline for submitting abstracts is October 15th, 2013. The status of your abstract may be followed on this site. By October 1st, 2013, the authors will be informed whether they have an oral or a poster presentation. After September 15th the presentations will mainly be accepted as posters.

Please observe the following guidelines:

We accept abstracts only as PDF, MS Word or OpenOffice files
The language of the abstracts must be English
The abstract must fit on one A4 page (210 x 297 mm)
Please use Times New Roman 12 points font. The size will be reduced for printing and smaller fonts will be difficult to read
Submitted files are published as they are
Please follow the layout in the model below
